Angi’s Service Request funnel is one of the company’s most critical growth surfaces, converting homeowner needs into leads for local professionals. However, even small UX gaps can lead to incorrect task selection, mismatched leads, and costly refund requests. I led and sequenced a series of UX experiments to improve task match accuracy and lead quality while protecting a highly optimized conversion funnel.
